Dead to Service

My mother, a Vodacom account holder, passed away on 22 April 2017. On the 28th my father sent a notification to them informing them of the matter. On 8 May 2017 one of their call centre geniuses phoned and asked to speak to my mother, upsetting my father. He then sent back a response. On 19 May I tried to sort out this mess and was shunted from pillar to post. First cancellations told me to speak to legal, then legal told me to speak to cancellations, nobody told me where to send the death certificate or what other information they may need. I finally managed to get my hands on Mohamed Shameel Aziz Joosub's e-mail address and sent him my complaint. On 22nd May I had no response from anybody. I finally managed to get hold of somebody who halfway understands their job and hopefully this matter will now be resolved. I once again feel justified in not being a Vodacom client.
