Deactivation and Deletion of SIM that IS BEING USED

If I could I would give a zero rating. Vodacom has deleted my vodacom prepaid number. They say it is due to it being inactive but I put money on it every month and the email linked to the number is used on a daily basis for a business. The email (vodamail) we were unable to use since 11 April 2021. This email has been used for 8 years, all our clients, banks, businesses use this, its not like we can just change everything, we will loose business and money. Worst of all no one can or is willing to help becuase they say the number is deleted. I phoned and was instore and I just get the same responce, I cant see that there is no way to restore it or be able to link that spesific email to another number. This is not the first time, it previously happend and we were told that as long as we put money on monthly the number wont be deleted because there is money on. Now where is the money that was on the phone? There is no info and all i lnfo is lost. I am extremely upset that no one is willing to help and will definitely not recommend Vodacom!
