Deactivated simcard
I am on prepaid. Just like other service providers Vodacom has a prepaid package to suit your needs. After that according to you I now have a contract that now runs through Edgars. From yesterday I have no cell service. No data service. But I have airtime and data. I took my child's phone to call the call centre. My simcard has been deactivated and I have to go to a Vodacom store to reactivate it. Oh really! You can deactivate as you please and I now have to make time to go to a store.....you can do a simswop over the phone but you can't reactivate my simcard that YOU deactivated. You should be ashamed of the serive you give your clients.
