De-list me from Credit Bureau
I took up a Vodacom cellphone contract (I ********** -7) in January 2015 and then decided to settle the account early. I was made to pay an extra R2 900 odd.
Fast forward to June 2018, i have just checked my credit report for the first time and apparently i still owe Vodacom.
1. why was i listed in the first place? i had never missed a payment. 2. Even if i had owed you, how long does it take for you to update your records? 3. I paid R17,041.71 in October of 2015, WHAT DO I STILL OWE YOU?
