<p>I would also want a business where you offer a customer a 1 Year contract, dont notify him that his contract is coming to an end and then just renew it for another year. I think that this action is quite in contradiction with the CPA.</p> <p>And then they still have the audacity to phone me and tell me I should please pay the contract, for which I did not sign up for.</p>
