Not only are we facing a global pandemic but we are also facing companies robbing consumers! I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 10 years I recently just upgraded my cellphone also. I have a data contract for 40 gigs(20 day/20 night)at R199 p.m.I requested for a discount or a early upgrade as I no longer need the sim card. I have 10 months remaining on this contract however I received a cancellation quote for R3500.00!!No device just a data sim. ****************!!!They did not even contact me and discuss alternative options
