**************** - Limit of R500 on account Statement for R8000

I called the Vodacom Call Centre and requested that my bill not exceed R500. 00 (Voice and Data) , around the beginning of this year due to receiving huge bills from Vodacom. I requested that the bill not exceed R500. 00 (Voice and Data). I was advised that It has been processed however ever month I receive a Bill higher than the requested amount. Vodacom had even processed an auto purchase on my account which I did not request. I had to call the call centre and have that deactivated and I was given a credit. Last month again I noticed from the self help options that my bill was a shockingly over R4500. 00, I had called the call centre and was advised by the agent it was a bill from October 2019, i then advised the agent that my accounts are up to date and if it was in arrears from last year how is possible that the Collections Department have not contacted me. He then placed me on hold and later advised that it is a system error and that I should worry. A few days later I went the self help options to check and I noticed that the amount was even higher so I contacted the all center again the agent logged a requested the bill was R 1700, they passed a credit for R930. 00. I paid the amount owing of around R730. 00 this month which was over the amount requested yet again.I received a statement advising that I am owing Vodacom R8000. 00 I call the call centre and advised the agent of the limit of R500. 00 on the line the agent advised that they can see it and will have a log a request. I received a call from a Rude Auditor named Dyllan. He advised me that a number of credit notes have been passed. I requested a soft lock or call Barring after R500 so if your system stopped working why am I paying the price for it. He stated that the bill is correct. How can it possibly be correct if I requested that data and calls be cut off at R500.00 as that is my affordability. He advised that am responsible to check my balances. I did my balance and contact Vodacom however your *********** staff advised me that my bill is correct that's a system error. When I advised him that I cannot afford the bill as im not working due to covid, hence all the calls to ensure that the bill was correct he questioned me stating my stories don't add up as I just said I'm not working, I had to then further explain that I have my personal call recording facility for work however I am not working at the moment and that my profile states my job description. He then went on to explain that it's not his job to look at all that, just provide me with information. At one point in the conversation he even asked me to Just listen to him. I advised him that I needed his contact details should I have any further questions as I need to speak to someone in telecommunications. He advised his with telecommunications for 16 years, he raised his voice saying what more information could you possibly want ive been speaking to you for 16 minutes. When I advised Dyllan that I will taking this up, he showed no attempt to remedy the situation. He questioned me about who uses my phone and what exactly do I do with my phone. He said to me to be quiet and listen everytime he said something and I tried to tell him the facts.i even asked Dyllan if he went thru the call recording of the calls I made to Vodacom he stated that it is not his job to do that but provide me with information regarding the bill. He actually spoke to me like im a child. I eventually said to him I don't appreciate the way he is speaking to me and I cut the call. I called Vodacom and spoke to an agent who again confirmed everything is on the system and she will raise a query. I don't appreciate being treated this way by a company I have supported for years. I called and requested this soft lock /call Barring r which was honored by Vodacom , I called Vodacom multiple times to query everytime I noticed a discrepancy when I checked my balance. How is that Vodacom is offering a service that does work properly.
