They again have finished smy airtime a fees abo was my data and said I make calls at 4:59 as a rule am never on my phone until 8:30 as my own mobile phone discipline to meditate and be off calls and am driving to work so on my iPhone calls are bared from my phone until 7:00am yet when i asked that stupid robot of theirs called Tobi the transaction list it pulled shows I’m making calls at 4:58, 6;00am etc and this was only today no wonder my airtime is finish this is **************** I hate vodacom these days I used to loved them

20 Nov 2020, 17:57I bought vodacom minutes the 60 minutes but they take my normal airtime when I make calls they take my own airtime Instead of using the minutes I bought same thing happened in the past where my airtime got finish fast yet I try and save it by purchasing the 60 minutes any time network and/ or vodacom to vodacom minutes then come 23:59 I still have the minutes but no airtime then they expire at midnight
Why do you do that so am used by Vodacom use my money to buy minutes that I. An use in lieu of actual airtime so it can last longer yet and still my airtime is used instead
