**************** and bad governance

I have an iPhone 5s and had a pay as you go account.I decided to get an airtime only contract from vodacom.After this my phone would no show contacts on incoming calls.My Nokia in 1998 could do that !!I called customer care and they said I should pay R9 a month to get this functionality .Is this value addition?Is Vodacom a drive in tow out service provider.Is this bad governance or just ****************?This Tarrif should go or I take my Bussiness elsewhere once this contract is done.Really?!!!
