****************

I am Truly disappointed

I have been with Vodacom since 2017 , never had issues before.

Lately I was told I could Upgrade unaware that I had 2 contracts , I knew I had 2 numbers but only one was supposed to be a contract number that was how It was explained back in the day when I took out the contract in 2017. It was a promotional deal as the lady explained back then I got 2 cellphones and the other 1 was a Free cellphone with a prepaid SIM It was a package deal Huawei P10 PRO and A P10 LITE .

I got a notification that I could upgrade assuming I only have 1 contract number I then agreed to the upgrade iPhone XR R629 DEAL Assuming that because I have been Paying R751 fixed amount for my contract that It will now go over to R629?.

No one ever mentioned that I HAVE 2 CONTRACTS.

I never agreed to 2 contracts to my surprise they took R1400 of my account this month and I now am paying for my old contract and the new one apparently the lady upgraded me on a promotional number "contract" that I never agreed to?

So this R1400 was never mentioned in the latest calls that I had with VODACOM?? not even once and It also did not reflect on my Vodacom app It still showed my old Contract amount I called in to ask what amount is going of the end of August the lady said R629 Nothing once again said about R1400?????.

This amount was never disclosed with me I would have queried this amount?. I want all the phone calls that I have made with Vodacom the last 2 months I am taking this matter further as I am also refused to get the calls apparently I have to go to a Vodacom branch to listen to the calls .

I need FEEDBACK ASAP Complaints was on he 27 of August and I have only received FEEDBACK TODAY 04/09/2019!!.

You are easy to take our money and airtime every month but you cant even handle queries and complaints.
