I'm a happy Vodacom client for the last 17 years. When I renewed my contract last year April 2017 for about R400/pm, I was promised double data & calls on the specific pacage. I work from home where I have uncapped Wi-Fi/data. I do not even use any apps of Facebook or have Whatsupp. However I started to receive bills of +R4200/pm. When I went back to Canal Walk branch the lady was very rude and couldn't help. I then went to the regional office in Centrury City where Quinton Charles helped me & agreed that there was a problem. Still 3 months later of emails and still the problem persist. I then visited Tygervalley branch in Sept and then in October back at Century City at one of the regional managers, still without any luck. I have not even received the electronic bill, the money was just deducted from my account. I have never given Vodacom authorization to deduct extra money from my account- this is *****! Only for the last few months (after several calls) I started to receive the bill.
It is now a year later and no one could help me solve the issue of the ?lost data. How is it possible that I can use an extra 5gig per month (with Wi-Fi) and is charged average R3500/pm extra for this. This is ****************. This is now more than R45 000 lost... I want my money back!!
