Vodacom is *****ing my free minutes & sms, and have been ignoring my emails for the last month. I was told last month that the issue has been fixed, and that my minutes would carry over going forward. Rudi-Jo is *********** and not well informed at all and messed this query up so bad. Even told me at some point that i should've actually had more minutes and sms' and that my contract is wrong. Please educate your people and address this incompetence & inefficiencies!
