Vodacom red limitless package is clearly not limitless like it is marketed. Ever since I signed up, I can only send out sms's up until the 6th of the month. Thereafter it says 0 sms's. After numerous calls to the call centre and being transferred from division to division, the call eventually gets cut and nobody gets back to me. I keep getting referred to a store for a swim swap but the issue persists. Hence my issue has never been resolved and my reason for signing up the contract was for the limitless SMS's.
