Vodacom is so quick to debit your money on the date and takes more that a month to refund.
On Monday if i don't have my feedback for the dispute you can forget about me ever being your customer. And please when you respond don't say your agent will contact me because i don't have the number where you can call me.
You cant penalize people for something that they never used.
