daylight data *******
Im not pleased at all about the service received from vodacom....im actually ****ed at how much data and airtime i've bought and has been taken away by vodacom without me doing much to lose so much of it.there were no downloads done...or any open apps that i don't use.it has never happened before and i do t umderstand why it should start now as im a loyal vodacom customer.Since last Thursday 30th November i bought R29 airtime and 100mb data at 12:52pm and it all vanished,i further purchased R29 airtime at 19:46pm and it disappeared. On Friday 14:44pm i bought 55mb data it disappeared then again at 17:59pm i bought R29 airtime plus 100mb of data and it disappeared.Yesterday i was transferred airtime of R100 and i bought once off data of 250mb and that didnt stop vodacom from taking that too.today at 11:43am i recharged with R29 airtime and bought once off 100mb and hey....it disappears again.Whats going on...please calculate how much data and airtime has been bought and lost and tell me if it's fair...please sort this out....or advise a way forward because i cant make calls or make use of the Internet...tell me how im supposed to use your services if im continously being ******.
