Daylight data *******

Firstly I want to start by saying that I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for the past 15 years and over those years I've never really had a reason to complain...but I feel slightly aggrieved by being charged R4,500 for 5 gigs of data! The irony is that I have a data plan which I rarely ever use, but on the one occasion I actually use it for 30 minutes I receive an exorbitant bill. Isn't it about time we stop getting abused by our service providers?!
