i could not use sign on applications on my NOKIA ASHA 302, I then took it to Jabulani Mall on the 25/1/15 and on the 24/1/15 i received an SMS notifying me that i should come and collect my phone as it has been fixed. on th 26/1/15 I went to collect and it was still giving me same problems. I then took it to Maponya mall on the 20/1/15 Malesh assisted and gave me a JOB NO. ***2. on the 9/2/15 Alberton branch phone and they said my phone is sent to the collection point which is Maponya, on the 17 &25 /2 I went to Maponya and the told me they have received it. On 5/3 I called Maponya Mall branch there was no answer. on 25/3 I personally went there and I was told that Vodacom shop closed 3 weeks ago. To date I dont have my phone and Vodacom is debiting premiums every month. I'm currently using someone's phone and he wants it back. I received a message informing me that my premium has increased from R99 to R110, no one can explain the sudden increase as when I renewed my contract i signed for a R99 premium and now how come it has increased without me agreeing or signing any where. I'm dissapointed and disgusted they way I'm treated by Vodacom worse even I'm a pensioner. JN KUMALO.
