day light *******

So this morning i get an email from vodacim claiming i owe them R2700+ for a contract that iam supposed to only pay <br> R230 of which Vodacom was already charging me R309.. I logged a complaint last month on the 15 and iam yet to receive an explaination as to why i was being charged more than the amount i signed for. I was promised my contract my the person who called me so that we can resolve the issue but to date nothing. If i could not afford to pay 309 where do i now get 2700 to pay for a contract of 230.
