Day light *******
The story begins when i was allowed to reactive my two lines which was a modem and a cellphone contract . I did everything i was asked to do, paid all the outstanding amounts, bought new sim cards, completed the forms with all the instructions and sent my bank statement. The 22/04/2015 i received the confirmation that my lines were activated. I then used one sim card and never touched the other. My account was never debited in May as per instruction and i sent an e-mail to ask Vodacom what was happening. i was told it would be sorted out i just need to resend the forms which i then did. Only in July the amount of R1703.15 was debited from my account and i was still unable to use the lines and have no time to call Vodacom and sit for hours, i then went to Vodacom customer care at Gateway to log a query because my lines have now been deactivated again. Today i receive a call from Vodacom stating that yes my lines have been deactivated in order to be active again i have to pay another additional amount of R1144.95? I need to know how and where that came from because both my contract that i signed were R119 pm and R600 a month. i will not pay something that im not liable for . FIX THIS
