I requested to have a vodacom line discontinued on 7th December 2017- deleted, not converted to pay as you go. Now in January I find out that not only was my line not deleted but vodacom has charged me for a v live subscription which I know nothing about. Invoice H7-6qkpd on line ********** 0462. I have called the vodacom helpline a few times but get nowhere ref 1/ ********** ********** . Will someone please get back to me with confirmation that this vodacom number is deleted and the invoice for the v live subscription is reversed. If this is not done, then I will cancel my other vodacom line in february as the contract is up.
