Day light *******

Vodacom can you please try and justify to me as to how you can even possibly think this is acceptable. My Sony Mobile Xperia Z5 which was bought at the end of January this year stopped working in November, it was booked in and after 3 long weeks I have been informed that it was an Out of Box Failure and that my device will be replaced. I have had to wait 48 hours for the credit to reflect at your outlet and I have been give 2 options as a replacement. A Samsung A3 (Value R4599) and an iPhone SE (R9999). I understand that a like for like replacement will be difficult as the Z5 has been discontinued but at the time of purchase the Z5 was Sony Mobile flagship phone and cost around R12999, surely you should scour SA to try and possibly find one that is still available or offer me the next best thing in the Sony Mobile device range. I currently still have a few months left on my contract, which is made up of an amount for the package and an amount for the device, how Vodacom can you justify taking the same monthly amount from me for a device that is less than half the price, that is called *******. I have tried talking to your customer service agents and no one is able to help. I really hope someone managing your social media accounts will act in a far timely and useful manner. I eagerly wait your response.
