DAY LIGHT ******* AND A ******* PLUS BAD BAD BAD BDA BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.

It is with sadness and heartbroken that im writing this review about Vidacom. I bought Samsung A26 at clearwater water mall on the 30th January 2026 just after 7 days the phone is malfunctioning at freezes, I could not even answer my business calls as I bought the phone for business, then I went back to Vidacom clearwater mall not raise my issues with the phone the service I received there was extremely bad as they just folded their arms and told me that there's nothing they can do except to book the phone for repairs as there might be a software problem how possible is it that a brand new cellphone can have a software problem and do I regard this phone as a brand new phone if it goes for repairs within 7ndays of purchase . I paid cash for the phone im self employed what happens during the time the phone goes for repairs, how do I receive calls for business do I regard this as a brand new phone if it is take for repairs is this fair for customers?

The *********** staff and ******** staff told it is Vidacom Policy even if I go to Vodacom or report Vodacom they will tell me.the same story.

So people must read reviews before making purchases more especially Vodacom at clearwater water my advise is never buy a phone or anything at Vidacom Clearwater, I bought A05 phone at Protea Mall in Soweto I had no issues until I handed it over to my daughter she's still using it to date with no issues and Protea Glen mall staff was great,

I will never ever ever ever go to Vidacom Clearwater Mall, bad bad bad , and ******** staff they good to take your cash from there you on your own.

I will be seeking legal advise as I paid a lot of money and hard earned money, not ****** money but money that I worked hard for and will publish my story on social media etc , j won't leave this matter just like that I paid cash not account.

I.went to Sasol to swipe my reward card for fuel it was just frozen and malfunctioning could not even switch it off.

They were also shocked when I told them the phone is 7 days old, they asked me where I bought the phone I told the Vodacom Clearwater Mall and advised them not to enter that store unless they want to prove for themselves.

Vodacom is a **** maybe I'm the only one and the 1st person to be so unfortunate.

Vidacom is bad bad bad and this is daylight ******* for such a reputable organization.

I regret my decision I should have atleast gone to MTN. Or somewhere I will also be changing my simcard to MTN as I was using their network previously.
