Im not happy with vodacom. I get a sms saying I can upgrade 20/12/2021 and when I call the robot tell me I can upgrade 1/12/2021.
But agents tell me I can only upgrade 22 October 2022.
I have black and white writing from vodacom. But they don’t accept it.

I understand I have a 36 Month Contract. But I feel vodacom is giving false information to me as a valid customer.
I received a SMS stating I can upgrade 20/12/2021
The sms said the following ( You are eligible to upgrade on 2021-12-20 and your contact period ends on 2023-03-24. )
I agree my Contact Period Ends 24/03/2023.
But I do not agree with vodacom negligence. No where in my contact dose it state ( Negligence from vodacom)
Remember any SMS sent is considered a formal confirmation if it comes directly from a Company. And the CPA will agree with me on this.
Hundreds upon thousands of vodacom Clients receive a sms when they can upgrade and I’m referring to mine.
According to the BCA & CPA. No miss leading information should be provided to a client.
