Date related despute

On the 18 March I was sent a letter by Reyaad Soeke for a credit of my account. I accepted and sent the letter back 2 days later. my account was still debited on 1 April. I have tried calling 155 to get hold of him but zero luck. I have also sent him emails. I was surprised to have My account debited after I was told that I have a credit. This has now left me out of pocket and stressed. I called 155/111 on Thursday to be told someone would get back to me within 24 hours ref S3-82U22-25T69. Then I was sent two separate messaged with two separate credit amounts on my account. I would like a refund of what was deducted 1 April. I think that is fair. please Reyaad Soeke contact me!
