Data vanishing

I used vodacom for 8 year's now I don't have problems with the service provider at all its just that 1 week and half ago 300 mb bite just vanish immediately after recharge and I put on hello Peter. Vodacom they contacted me with advise and the give me back my data .thank to their customer care I use data a lot
