Data usage still a big PROBLEM and Increasing Daily (*****)
Well what can I say. I contacted Vodacom via hellopeter about data usage on ********** 089 and they rep**** with a mail stating a Goodwill Gesture with Ref: I ********** . Ok this was done thank you very much. Now the account is even getting worse like I dont have words. So I called the call center now about 10 times asking them if I can get itemized billing for the months of April 2017 till November 2017 and every time they tell me its send and till today I did not get any statements nothing. I even send a copy of my ID to accounts@vodacom asking them that I will pay for them so that they can send it so that I can see what the hell is going on and NOTHING was received. My last call to the call center the person said they he logged a call so that they can have a look what is using this data and then I received another GOODWILL GESTURE of 2 GIG wow and they state that the accounts is correct and that I am using this data REF: 1- ********** ********** . In this report amounts of R101.27 appears like 100 times for the month of November and this appears only from Midnight ever night while the normal person is asleep or let me state it this way I am over 60 years old this time at night I promise you I will be sleeping. The ******* that is *****ing this data on my account is awake this time at night. Can some one please assist me with this account because this is a TOTAL JOKE and I am not going to pay these bills because I am not using the data. Please send me the itemized billing for these months and who ever will be assisting on this case have a look at what time the data is used and you will see that something is very very fishy. Thank You
