Data usage issues with Vodacom
Bought the 1GB for 1 Day video ticket for 12 rand. Wanted to watch YouTube with it, but was severely let down. This service does not activate and just eats away at my normal day data.
I've also experienced having 2 night owl bundles (bought 2 packages a few days apart since the first package's day bundle was depleted) and Vodacom deducts only from the new data bought. The perfectly unused data of the 1st bundle is left untouched, forcing me to use up the 2nd bundles night owl data to use the 1st bundels night owl data. This is truly ********.
Vodacom fix your stuff!
