I have been a loyal customer for many years. My contract = 2GB data/month. I have a WiFi network at home and the work place, therefore do not use my Vodacom data that much. I received a bill for R 1005.95 just for the data portion of my contract for Aug. How this is possible? My apps are not set to refresh or update on cellular data. <br> I received the itemised billing with the applicable dates, it's weird that a report cannot be provided detailing exactly what the data usage was for. I want to know websites visited, facebook, email data etc. If this information cannot be provided to a customer then how do you process the bill? What you are saying is \we have no idea what you have done but please pay us X amount for data you may have used."<br> If you cannot provide the information you cannot charge this amount... I queried it with Vodacom and they claimed that it is my responsibility to manage my data (accepted"
