Data usage bill too high by 2K +
<p>I have a Red VIP contract with Vodacom. Monthly I usually pay just above R2 400, however; this month to my surprise Vodacom has deducted from meself account R4 693 because of data charges. What I usually do is to buy a 1GB or 2GB bundle when my bundles have been depleted. How did this happen sway? So in essence Vodacom owes me around R2 000, and I want it back asap. Calls to the call centre have been fruitles..</p>
