Reference number 1- ********** ********** still not resolved. I logged the query on 22 March 2019, on 25 and 26 March 2019 they phone me and say their waiting for approval for a credit note. On 4 April 2019 I phone them again and they say it will take up till 14 days. It is 18 days already and I still didn't receive a credit note or feedback. Vodacom already deducted the money wrongly from my bank account without changing the invoice.
