Vodacom can you kindly sort your services out because this one is on you. How you allocated my data and how I bought my data is proving more trouble than I can tolerate, same applies to your staff. I loaded my data once, the fact that it was allocated umpteenth days later has nothing to do with me.
Me: Good day, Please assist I was advised last month that data usage is used in the order of expiry dates, I have 2 types of data one is 4GB and the other 900MB. My issue is that the 4GB expires on the 2nd Of October and the 900MB expires on the 6th of October but my phone keeps using the 900Mb instead of the 4GB that expire on the 2nd. This happened beginning of the month too, with daily/power bundles not being used but my monthly data. Can you kindly correct this, I cannot keep losing my data because your systems. Data as per advice is used in order of expiry. Why am I constantly faced with endless calls to and from Vodacom only for the issue to persist? I am truly exhausted of this. If you cannot correct this please advise so I can port before my data for this month runs out so I can port timeously.
Vodacom: Thank you for taking my call.
The authentication process was successful, we tried calling again after our last conversation but could not reach you and the call was routed to voice mail.
We've liaised with our Back Office and they've confirmed the usage is correct, the Just 4 You data was purchased on the 03rd of September and the is valid for 30 days and expires on the 02nd of October the balance of this is 4GB, the 5Gig double your data was purchased which 10GB was received and on the 07th of October and the balance of this data is 938.63.
The usage is correct, when purchasing bundles Vodacom data bundles follow a last in first out order of consumption. The last bundle purchased, activated or allocated will be the first bundle to be used and then any other available bundles thereafter.
The expiry date therefore cannot be extended as the usage is being billed correctly. Regards, Jabulile Nazo
Me: Please note from my call records, airtime purchases, in service request and the attached that I only bought data on the 3rd of September 2018. Which ordinarily doubles to 10GB but it did not and I called Vodacom, they loaded it a few days later largely due to excuses and limited knowledge of staff in your call centers. I then bought just for you bundles 2 were 30MB’s power hour bundles, and one was a 1GB for day use, to save pictures to the hard drive hence the need for the purchase. However your systems, used my 30day data bundles instead of the last bundles loaded (Power bundles). So NO there was no “just for you” purchase made that had 4GB. It was Vodacom that did this, not ME and I expect data that expires first be the data used 1st. I simply did not receive my data at the right time plus power bundles not used correctly. Can you kindly escalate this to management, it will not be resolved unless someone actually bothers to do a proper investigation into this. I also do not have time to continuously be answering calls. Put time and effort into customer complaints, check facts and records, note the highlighted areas. Vodacom: Good day Thank you for your reply. I tried calling you few times at 1:20 pm, however the phone goes straight to voice-mail. Please note the query has already been investigated and the feedback remains unchanged.
