I had purchase 1GB data on 05/11/16 us the USSD process, however, on my 1st attempt I received an error message, therefore I tried 2nd time. I then received 2x 1GB data & charged twice. I called in to 111, on the same day, to request a refund of 1GB as I only wanted 1GB. I was informed that my request would be processed. I received a message on 08/11/16 that the refund would “be done after bill run”. I then checked my balance & from 2Gb on 05/11/16 I was left with 1.03GB on 08/11/16. I called in again to 111 to query if the 1GB had been deducted due to the refund as my Data Usage setting on my phone shows that I had us 437MB since 01/11/16, please see attached photos. I was confused as the Vodacom balance was showing that I had used up 1GB from 05/11/16 to 08/11/16, but my phone stats shows that I had only used 437MB of mobile data. After speaking to the agent who then advised I was to be transferred to the Solutions department & held on for approximately 7 minutes for no one to answer neither was I advised if the time I called was after working hours. I then cut the call as it was a waste of my time to hold on for nobody. I still await feedback on how 1GB of data can be used within 3 days, but my phone stats prove otherwise.

Your last reply was on 09/11/16 stating that a consultant would contact me in due course... Does "in due course" mean "when we feel like getting back to you", as today is 18/11/16 & I have not had the pleasure of speaking to a consultant to resolve my issue... But is it not funny that I had received calls from Vodacom to migrate my package & offers for life cover, but nothing to do with my problem.
