I have contract top up data as well as prepaid data that I buy using my airtime. However, Vodacom always deducts my data from the one that is expiring on a later stage and keeps the old data there - leading that I finish the data that is expiring later and not use the data that is expiring soon? How does this work? In a way you are forcing me to finish my contract data first and then deduct from my prepaid data! So every month on a specific day (when the prepaid data expires) I am left without data because I did not finish my prepaid data before it expired? Previously it would automatically deduct from the data that is expiring soonest then the other, but now it is the other way around! This is not how you supposed to treat us as faithful clients for almost 10 years! Now with Rain as a new competitor I think I should consider migrating my account.
