Data theft from Vodacom

Good day,

I have watched this now for 3 weeks, especially this last week. I'm using more data than ever, but basically on my phone on fb/google for plus minus 3 hours a day, where previously I used to be on my phone constantly from 5 untill around 10 at night. I could be on fb with meg your day all day non stop, NEVER did I use more than 300mb of that free 1 gig data. Now Im on fb for about 2 hours continuously in the evenings and im flying tthrough more data than I used in 12 hours normally. And I'm even on data saver option. And I notice Im not the only one, all of a sudden everyone I speak to lose about 500mb a day unexplained by vodacom Or eeven more. We pay for your very expensive data yet you are the only network provider *****ing our data. I would like all my data I payed for in 3 weeks that dissapeared into thin air back. This is bull****. I dont work to spend my pay on data vodacom *****s. This is ridiculous vodacom, you have got to make a plan about this! This has been going on for long enough.
