Data theft
On various occasions I purchased airtime (either to the value of R110 per voucher, or R100 thru the bank). I used R80 of that airtime to acquire 1GB airtime for R80, for 1 week. In essence, there should have been a remaining amount of either R20 or R30 airtime, for emergency use. This has never been the case. Despite not making any calles or sending any SMS's the airtime disappears. Why is vodacom *****ing my airtime? Despite my data being switched on to use any data driven apps such as WhatsApp, my airtime is still being used. Why the theft Vodacom?
