Data Theft

i upgraded my contract with vodacom in september and part of their promotion in that month was to give their clients free data. at 11 December 2016 my balance stated that I had 19.05 Gb of data left that expires on 15/09/2020. i that time i have used 6.8Gb of data but on 1 January 2017 i received a messgae that my data has run out, when checking my balance it said that my data was finished.

I called in to to raise a query and was told it will take 1 - 24 hours for the issue to be resolved, it's closing onto 48 hours now and i have not received any feedback as yet.

can somebody please assist me?

so I get a reply telling me that I am apparently incapable of reading a data usage log because according to Vodacom i wa able to use 19.05 Gb in the space of 20 days without me noticing my usage. that 12.22 Gb of data disappearred on background usage. my Data usage log states that i used 6.86 Gb of data, NOT 19.05 Gb of data. in their message they also state they have no proof to back up this claim of my usage being 19.05 Gb. then as a "gesture of goodwill" they have given me 1Gb of free data, they couldn't even do that properly. they gave me 500Mb of data instead of 1Gb. i am extremely disappointed with the way in which this has been handled by Vodacom in terms of their customer service and turn around time.
