we have called Vodacom the whole weekend already trying to figure out why the data of a pensioner is being swiped in less than 10 minutes. She is a pensioner and keeps on loading R149 - 1GB data which gets swiped under 10 minutes. THis is ridiculous. I called for my mom on Saturday and logged this with "the new system" of which the consultant said. Then she gave me a reference number which apparently wasnt even loaded. (PATHETIC) then i called again in about two hours time to figure out if this request was logged, they said again it wasnt logged. This was on Saturday 17 September. My mother is a pensioner and souoly reply on her pension money to buy data every month. This is pathetic. She also loaded onto her WiFi 10gb last week, in no time that 10GB was finished/depleted. How the F*(^*&%*????? a pensioner that doesnt use so much data but to Facetime. We have spoken to numerous consutlants who promised that this matter will be resolved. I switched off all elements that could deplete data and the consutlants checked if there wasnt anything running in the background, but nothing. The one reference number i managed to save was this S3-G6x1f-f6dfd with a genetlement called Thabo. He said that this reference wasnt even logged. Please could VODACOM assist this Pensioner who has been a vodacom subscriber for more than 20 years, assist her in retracting her data again. I mean a pensioner, 10GB in a weeks time. She loaded from Friday 500MB then she loaded again, 1GB for the following week, this doesnt even show on her phone that it has been loaded. However, Vodacom takes her money off showing that it was successfully purchased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please Vodacom. this is not funny anymore. This is a pensioner. Her number is ********** . Please Vodacom.
