Data still disappearing!!!!!

My data has disappeared!!!! In January I carreied over data from December. I get 3G of data monthly from my contract. About a week ago all this data got finished. I begrudgingly bought 5G last week and now that is gone too!!! Hayi no, there is no way I can go through over 8G of data in less than 18 days!!! Kindly return my data because clearly you are too happy that I can load data and not complain. I want my data back immediately
