In November 2014 I went into the kroonstad Branch to buy a new phone the lady that always helps me were not in so a relatively new lady helped me, she preferred the cat phone for my type of work at the company, signed contract and left never telling me that it was a data service phone and that i should limit it or switch it of if not in use. as my company was also closed in December for leave i id not have to use phone so much but got to account for November and December for data services , R 4371.55 and R 2902.64 i went back into the store in January after i saw the deductions in my bank account and the lady just pulled up her shoulders not helping me at all i have been battling to sort this out for this whole year and no services I even st-oped paying my account 2 months ago , but then vodacom just switched of my lines so i paid the invoices so i can just do business, i have been a Clint for more than 7 years with lots of workers also using this company, but this will not be a preferred company any more.
