Data Roll Over Rip

<p>As of about a month ago I am on the RED VIP + Vodacom Package </p> <p>It comes with a Monthly 10GB Data bundle . Calls and SMS's to any network are unlimited. </p> <p>Notwithatanding the 10GB Data bundle , I manage my data prudently and check the balances each day to avoid nasty out of bundle surprises.</p> <p> </p> <p>I managed to carry 5GB forward from the previous month. </p> <p>To my surprise however - I see that instead of allowing me to use the data from my previous month's rol***** - since this will expire first - Vodacom deducts usage from the new months allocated balance.</p> <p>This in effect means that I'm forced to use my entire months allocation first before I can get to my so called saving from the previous month !</p> <p> </p> <p>This makes a mockery of the rol***** system.</p> <p>why give it if the benefit of saving is pushed beyond our grasp ????</p> <p> </p>
