Every time I buy data using the promisions option. 1. Vodacom charges me data I don’t even want without my content. This is unacceptable and I never agreed to it. Why does Vodacom do this to us customers? 2. Why is my data in my modem always disappearing. I don’t even use too much internet. This is also unacceptable, mxm. 3. Vodacom claims I subscribed to video play which I did not. Day light *******, mxm. Please solve my issues.
