data ripoff

Would like to mention that we are being ********** on our data, when new data bundle becomes available in new month, old data or carried over data does not get used up first, immediately the data gets used and the chances are that I will ever use the carried over data is null, therefore I just lose it, shocking, when asking them the question all I got back is that, thats how the system works.
