DATA RIP-OFF **************** AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I actually am extremely annoyed at VODACOM SERVICE PROVIDER, because how many times in a few months can you write reviews about service delivery and the way I'm being ripped off constantly.</p> <p>I emailed the consultant who dealt with my previous claim in June to inquire about the promised 10gb DATA X 3 months, which I never received..this was advertised and one of the reasons I deceided to upgrade. She informed me that I am not entitled to that, but said she would load 10gb for one moth as consolation.</p> <p>Upon receiving the data, I still had my monthly subscription of 250MB data available to use. this monthly data was not used at 1st, I consumed the promo data, because I regularly checked to see how much data is used etc. As of Monday 24 July my monthly data was consumed, and resulted in the promo data not being used., instead my monthly data was used. I've been explained that it's suppose to be used up 1st, but why was it suddenly used when the week of expiry started. The consulted Monique who I dealt with at your customer service, was a very cheeky and rude lady to deal with, she was of no help, and was arrogant in response, she refused to transfer me to her supervisor, and also refused to reveal her surname when I asked.</p> <p>Your adverts are misleading, your customer service is beyond pathetic, and we all regret being customers, of the so called best network ever.............................................................................................................****************</p>
