Data restriction

Vodacom forensics placed a data restriction on my number on 25 May for reasons not communicated to me. Even with help from the very friendly staff at Chatz Queens Quarter, who really went out of their way to try and help (5 STARS TO THEM!), absolutely NO reaction came back as to what the possible problem might be or when it is to be corrected. I will take all the numbers away from Vodacom that my business is paying for. I have had enough patience now. POOR, POOR, POOR SERVICE. Really a pity... I have been a loyal customer for 25 plus years.
