Data refills are a BIG *****....it's a small amount but if you multiply it by the millions that are de*****ed, Vodacom is make a nice ******* profit.

I keep getting data refills that I don't even use as I have wifi. The *135*06# option to deactivate the service does not work ( I will do a video to show that it doesn't work because it will still show that the service is active even after deactivating it.) The way that Vodacom is now structured it is making it difficult for customers to speak to an agent instead you get transferred to stupid chat robots, telling me a human will call me back shortly of which in never happened.

This is ***** in broad daylight because R3 from 1 million customers is R 3 000 000 rands every 3 days. And I am being conservative because Vodacom has 55 million customers and in a scenario where 5 million could be experiencing this problem (this could be a ********** profit of R15 000 000 every 3 days) - some people may not even be aware because it also took me a while to discover where my airtime was disappearing to.

I want my refunds.....I've lost count. Secondly this is a huge inconvenience because I cannot make a bulk purchase for airtime because as these data refills will have a feast.

Get your act together and stop taking your customers for fools!!!!!!
