Data Refill- *********ly opted in and now seems impossible to opt out

On the 31st of March I received a very random SMS saying that I'd succesfully opted in to data refill when I had not at any point done anything to opt myself in to such a service. I immediately tried to opt myself out of the service by dialling *135*6#, the option then told me I would receive a notice as soon as deactivation has occurred. I have tried this MULTIPLE times and have still to this day (the 15 April 2019), not received a sms to notify me that I've been deactivated.

What is worse that I posted this on Facebook on the same day, the 31st March, after which your social media team contacted me and told me they'd successfully deactivated the service and I should receive an sms immediately. I never received an sms, and this morning I see that my data has been automatically allocated after my data bundle ran out.

How is it so easy to opt someone in to something that they don't want and almost impossible to get out of it? PLEASE can someone just deactivate me from this thing?

I've come to associate Vodacom and your consultants with empty promises, I have more than once had one of your customer consultants tell me that they've done something on their side but in actual fact they did not do a thing.

Please OPT ME OUT OF THIS and deactive this data refill nonsense.
