Data query still pending
I complained last week on Hello Peter and to the customer care line by calling them regarding a query that I have with my data, although Vodacom was very nice to send me a generic response here and advise that someone will get back to me, a week later I have received no call from any agents.Again feeling very dissapointed with the customer service here.
