DATA QUERY!!!!!!!
A few months ago I had a query about my data which ran out within a few minutes and the consultant assisted me promptly and helped with refunding the data back to me. Today the same thing happens and the person I spoke to was so rude and refused to help me!!!!!!! we spend a lot of money on data for it to just deplete without reason.!!!!!!

27 Sept 2022, 15:21On the 30th of May 2022 I had a similar issue. I tried uploading a video to my status which failed, my data depleted within 8 minutes. I called the call center and they logged a ticket for further investigation then they sent me an sms and reimbursed the data that I lost. on the 9th of September 2022 I tried to send a video to someone however it failed, my data then depleted and I bought another 1 gig of whatsapp data and I tried to resend the video then I received an sms saying that I have less than 800mb of data then I stopped trying to send the video. Today I bought 1 gb of whatsapp data an hour later I receive a message saying that I have less than 300mb of data remaining. I checked my data usage for the past 30days and it shows that I have used 5.60gb of data so far. please look into this because this is not normal. data is expensive
