Data purchase not received
I bought data on the 07 June on the Vodacom app and I did not receive it yet the money was processed on my account, when I called customer care I was told to visit a branch which I went to on the 08/06 at Evaton mall Vodacom store and I was assisted by Kgomotso who’s service is really not on standard, I can’t come with a problem as a client and you fail to resolve it and still give me attitude on top of the problem I have. Whenever Kgomotso calls she ends the call while I’m still talking and claims that she runs out of airtime and they don’t have a landline. My problem has still not be resolved but the email says that it has been.
Im not pleased with the resolution and the service i got, Kgomotso was extremely unprofessional
