Data problems

Dear Vodacom<br> I have lodge a dispute with you in August already about the my data problems i had on one of the 4 contracts<br> i got with you. In September you asked me for some documents i send it to you and that was the last time i heard from Vodacom. I have been phoning Vodacom continuously and every time they said someone will phone me back. and to date no one has phoned me back since September.
